This page sets out the legal information relating to the restaurant that publishes this menu and to the technical provider of the platform with which the menu is created and delivered. The two spheres are distinct: the Restaurant is responsible for the menu content, while RAD LAB is responsible solely for the technological infrastructure.

A. The Restaurant (owner of the menu content)

The Restaurant is the food business operator responsible for food information within the meaning of Art. 8 of Regulation (EU) No 1169/2011. The menu content — dishes, ingredients, prices, descriptions and allergen information — is entered, updated and verified by the Restaurant, which is solely responsible for it. The online menu may not reflect in real time temporary changes to ingredients, recipes or availability: in the event of allergies, intolerances or other dietary requirements, always speak to the dining-room staff before ordering.

B. The platform provider (MenuLampo)

The technological platform MenuLampo, with which this menu is generated and delivered, is provided by:

RAD LAB provides solely the technical infrastructure for the publication and updating of the digital menu (hosting, security, page generation). RAD LAB does not run the catering business, does not sell the dishes and does not verify the substance of the menu content entered by the Restaurant.

C. Roles and responsibilities

• The relationship for the supply of food and beverages is established solely between the customer and the Restaurant, and not with RAD LAB.
• The Restaurant is responsible for the accuracy, completeness and updating of the menu content, including information on ingredients and allergens (Regulation (EU) No 1169/2011; Legislative Decree no. 231/2017).
• RAD LAB is responsible for the proper technical functioning of the platform and the security of the systems.
• For the purposes of personal data protection, RAD LAB processes data on behalf of the Restaurant in its capacity as data processor (Art. 28 GDPR) for the activities carried out through the platform, and is an independent data controller for the technical and log data necessary for the security of the infrastructure. Details are set out in the Privacy Policy.

D. Privacy and cookies

For information on the processing of personal data and on the technical tools used, please refer to the Privacy Policy and the Cookie & Storage Policy. This menu uses solely technical tools necessary for its operation and security: no profiling cookies are used, nor any third-party analytics or marketing tools.

E. Limitations of liability

RAD LAB makes the technical platform available and endeavours to ensure its functioning, but does not control or guarantee the truthfulness, accuracy or currency of the menu content, which remains the responsibility of the Restaurant. To the extent permitted by law, and without prejudice to cases of wilful misconduct and gross negligence as well as to mandatory obligations (Art. 1229 of the Italian Civil Code), RAD LAB shall not be liable for errors, omissions or failures to update the content provided by the Restaurant, nor for temporary unavailability of the service due to maintenance, force majeure or third-party providers.

F. Governing law and jurisdiction

The relationship between the customer and the Restaurant is governed by Italian law. The rights afforded to the consumer under the applicable legislation remain unaffected, including the mandatory jurisdiction of the court of the consumer's place of residence or domicile (Art. 66-bis of the Italian Consumer Code). The terms of the commercial relationship between RAD LAB and the Restaurant are governed by the relevant service agreement, to which reference is made.
